On july 18 we had a surprise birthday party for dad. He is hard to surprise but we pulled it off for his 60th. Mom hosted family and friends and even had it catered so that daddy wouldn't have to cook for his own party! We also had live music from Uncle Kirk's band! A good time was had by all :)
This past weekend the Novak's went to Table Rock Lake for vacation...we stayed in the nicest place we've ever stayed in and it was big enough to hold us all very comfortably. There were two master bedrooms and an awesome media room, a huge kitchen and two decks. Cole loved having 8 tv's, playing playstation with Uncle Bub and Bryon on the 90 inch screen, and going to the lazy river at Big Cedar Lodge. He also enjoyed fishing with the boys and riding around on the boat. I only wish we could have stayed longer :)
